The first five days put you deep inside Tanzania's northern safari circuit — Lake Manyara, the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro region. Then a domestic flight delivers you to Zanzibar, where Stone Town, a dolphin tour and white sandy beaches round out one of East Africa's most complete travel experiences.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Arusha — Leisure Evening
Your Tanzania adventure begins at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where our representative is waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. Check-in is from 2:00 PM. The rest of the day is yours to use as you wish — rest after your journey, take a walk through town, or simply sit back and let the anticipation of what lies ahead settle in.

Day 2
Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park — a compact but remarkably diverse park set beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. In the afternoon, head out on your first game drive through dense groundwater forest, open floodplains and the shallow alkaline lake. Lake Manyara is known for large elephant herds, hippo pods, flamingo flocks, giraffes, and its famous tree-climbing lions.

Day 3
Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, set off for Serengeti National Park — one of Africa's most celebrated wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in the afternoon, check in, and head out for an afternoon game drive across the vast plains. Lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, wildebeest and countless antelope species call this landscape home.

Day 4
Serengeti — Full Day Game Drive
A full day in the Serengeti, uninterrupted. Spend the day exploring different areas of the park — from the central Seronera Valley to the riverine forests along the Grumeti and Mara rivers. A packed picnic lunch is served in the bush.

Day 5
Serengeti to Arusha via Ngorongoro Region
Depart the Serengeti after breakfast and travel back towards Arusha via the scenic Ngorongoro region — the rim of one of the world's largest intact volcanic calderas. A packed lunch is provided during the drive. Arrive in Arusha in the evening to check in and spend a relaxed night reflecting on the safari before tomorrow's flight to Zanzibar.

Day 6
Arusha to Zanzibar Island — Beach Arrival
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar Island. The contrast is immediate — within a couple of hours you move from the dust and drama of the safari to the turquoise shimmer of the Indian Ocean. Enjoy lunch upon arrival, then spend the remainder of the day at leisure on the beach or by the pool.

From Stone Town's ancient streets to dolphin-filled waters and white sandy beaches — Zanzibar's three faces
Day 7
Stone Town Exploration & Spice Experience
After breakfast, head out to explore Stone Town — Zanzibar's ancient urban heart and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through narrow streets, past carved wooden doors and coral-rag buildings that carry centuries of Swahili, Arab and Portuguese history.

Day 8
Dolphin Tour at Kizimkazi & Leisure Afternoon
After breakfast, depart for Kizimkazi Village — a stretch of coast well known for its resident dolphin population. Board a traditional wooden dhow and head out onto the warm Indian Ocean in search of both bottlenose and humpback dolphins. Return for lunch and then a fully free afternoon.

Day 9
Departure from Zanzibar
Enjoy your final breakfast before check-out. Transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your Tanzania safari and Zanzibar beach experience.
