Bangkok & Pattaya Escape — Coral Island, Cabaret Show & City Tour
Beach days, a speedboat to Coral Island, a cabaret show by night, and Bangkok's temples on the way home.
The Easiest Way Into Thailand
A Short, Punchy Introduction to Bangkok & Pattaya
Not every Thailand holiday needs to span ten days and four cities. Sometimes you just want the highlights — a speedboat ride to a postcard-perfect island, an evening that's genuinely unlike anything back home, and a proper look at Bangkok's temples before you fly out. This package does exactly that, in five days, at one of the most accessible price points in our entire Thailand range.
It's built around three nights in Pattaya and one in Bangkok, with the Coral Island excursion and Alcazar Cabaret Show doing most of the heavy lifting on the entertainment front. If you'd like more islands and a longer trip, our Phuket & Krabi Island Adventure or Thailand Grand Tour are worth a look.
Package Highlights
A compact, well-paced introduction to Thailand that fits the country's two most contrasting cities — beach-resort Pattaya and temple-filled Bangkok — into a single affordable trip.
Most Affordable Thailand Package
At USD 890 per person, this is the lowest starting price across our entire Thailand range — ideal if you want a genuine taste of the country without committing to a longer, pricier itinerary.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival Bangkok → Pattaya
A private transfer takes you straight to Pattaya — roughly a two-hour drive. Check-in at your 4★ hotel puts you right in the middle of the action, and the rest of the day is yours.
Meals: None
Coral Island & Alcazar Show
A speedboat carries you out to Coral Island (Koh Larn), where the water shifts to a shade of turquoise that doesn't quite look real in photos. Back in Pattaya by evening, the Alcazar Cabaret Show closes out the day.
Meals: Breakfast · Cabaret Show
Coral Island's beaches and the speedboat crossing that makes the trip out as much fun as the island itself
Leisure in Pattaya
A day with no fixed plan. Some travellers use it for shopping, others add on an optional visit to Nong Nooch Garden, the Sanctuary of Truth, or an evening exploring Walking Street.
Meals: Breakfast
Pattaya → Bangkok City Tour
The drive back to Bangkok includes a proper city and temple tour en route, along with a stop at the Gems Gallery. Evening free for Asiatique or Bangkok's street food scene.
Meals: Breakfast
Bangkok's golden temples by day and Asiatique's riverside night market once the sightseeing winds down
Departure
A final breakfast before checking out and transferring privately to the airport. Four nights, two cities, a cabaret show and an island — a remarkable amount of Thailand in five days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 5 days enough to see both Bangkok and Pattaya properly?
It's a tight but well-balanced itinerary. If you'd like more time in each city, our Bangkok & Pattaya Escape with Dinner Cruise follows a similar structure with a different evening experience.
What does "SIC" mean for the Coral Island tour and cabaret show?
SIC stands for "Seat-In-Coach" — the tour or show is on a shared basis with other travellers, a common and cost-effective way to experience popular attractions.
Are water sports at Coral Island included?
No — the speedboat transfer and beach time are included, but jet-skiing, parasailing and other water sports are optional and paid for locally.
Can we upgrade or add more islands?
Premium seating for the Alcazar Show can usually be arranged. If you'd like more islands included as standard, our Phuket & Krabi Island Adventure covers Phi Phi and James Bond Island.
