Based in Praslin throughout, you explore a prehistoric Coco de Mer forest, the world's most photographed granite boulder beach on La Digue, and Curieuse Island — an uninhabited national park where giant Aldabra tortoises roam free alongside some of the best snorkelling reefs Praslin has to offer.
Curieuse Island — Where Giant Tortoises Walk Alongside You
Curieuse is a national park island with no residents and no hotel, where free-roaming Aldabra giant tortoises — one of only two surviving giant tortoise species, living up to 150 years and over 200kg — move unhurried across its beaches, mangroves and forest floor. St. Pierre Islet adds the underwater dimension: two snorkelling sites through coral reef teeming with parrotfish, triggerfish and reef sharks.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Mahé — Ferry Crossing to Praslin
Transfer from the airport to the Mahé ferry terminal and cross to Praslin — roughly an hour on the water — where our local representative meets you at the jetty and transfers you to your hotel.

Day 2Vallée de Mai & La Digue Excursion
A guided day across two islands — the UNESCO Vallée de Mai and its wild Coco de Mer palms, then by boat to La Digue for L'Union Estate, a Creole buffet lunch, and the pink-granite lagoon of Anse Source d'Argent.

Day 3Curieuse Island & St. Pierre — Giant Tortoises, Snorkelling & Wild Beaches
A boat to Curieuse Island — a car-free national park with one of the largest free-roaming populations of Aldabra giant tortoises outside the Aldabra Atoll — with a guided coastal nature walk and two snorkelling sites off St. Pierre Islet.

Day 4Free Day in Praslin — Beaches, Pace & Nothing in Particular
After two days of adventure across three islands, Day 4 is the itinerary's exhale — Anse Lazio, which many consider the finest beach in the Seychelles, is a short taxi or walk from most of Praslin.

Day 5Departure — Ferry Return to Mahé
A final breakfast, then check out and transfer to the Praslin ferry port for the return crossing to Mahé and on to Seychelles International Airport.
